Coach T. shows how 10 minutes of Swimming Drills can help every swimmer drop times. These drills are done right after warm-ups every day for 10 minutes in a continuous IM order set. Done every day, swimmers will be amazed at their improvement.
@quassel67 Have them use stroke specific kicks, just remind them to think about one thing and that's a great EVF. If you train three or more times a week, it'll take a few weeks before the start getting the habit. Good luck, Coach T.
