S&T Snapshots - Infrastructure & Geophysical: National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) engineers organized a Response Robot Evaluation Exercises event for urban search and rescue responders in June 2007. These types of events test robot performance on emerging standard test methods using actual training scenarios for emergency responders.
