Here is my first pregnant sim in The Sims 3 going into labour, She went to hospital and had a beautiful baby girl. Im not sure if anyone else has this kind of footage yet, I dont think so.

this one time my female sim had a baby and it came out all deformed. the arms were freakishly long, and it had long fingers that looked like claws and the half of the head was gone. WTF
