  • hmmm i only see one S on the side of that car, must have been a middle of the line prototype S car lol

  • That ain't no joke. This was the day before I tore her all apart. That "S" fell off that morning, seems the little tabs only last around 30yrs. lol. Good eye. Take a look at the front left side of the car. Had a Boo Boo there that is what inspired me to take her apart again.

  • Is the Nova and the Chevelle the same body? As far as length/width and room inside the car? If not what is the main difference?

  • Depends on the year nova. Usually the chevelle was a larger car. Then ont the chevelle is right off the top of my head I would say 16'. The Nova's around this time were quite a bit shorter. However the older Novas has some length on them. I believe the two cars were about the same width atleast very close. Interiors were about the same. As for as the body they were both A body cars for this year. But the panels are totally different and not interchangable.

  • chevys rull mopers sucke the bin won and fords r sloer than a turd stuck on a stik...goe chevy am prowd too bee a chevy fan

  • nova was a compact. these cars were midsize cars. nova designers in 68 wanted to incorperate a bit A body lines into it. (the semi fast back, long hood, etc)

  • the nova was considered a compact. A bodies were midsize cars

  • novas were X Bodies

  • lol bad assed A BODIES RULE!!

  • Nova are not A bodies they are "F" BODIES LIKE CAMAROS. 68-74 NOVA SUBFRAMES interchange with 67-69 Camaros. REARENDS, drivelines and brakes are also interchangable. Just so you know the brakes off this chevelle are also interchangable with 67-69 camaros, 68-74 novas.

  • A chevelle has a full frame. A nova does not.

  • i believe both were midsize, but the chevelle was always bigger. im not sure though because i came way after the detroit power war era. i know the nova is a popular drag racing choice with older muscle cars. either way, the engine choices were mostly the same, and both will scream.
