This 8 minute documentary explores what it means to have muscular dystrophy. Interviews structure this powerful documentary for Pacific Northwest Friends of FSH Research. http://www.fshfriends.org/ Featuring individuals whose lives have been touched by FSH, this video educates the viewer while offering a deeply personal perspective on FSH. This documentary is gripping and informative, reminding us all of life's value.
this is a great video about fsh and what might happen to people, but what's aggravating and frustrating is how some of the people in this video think that they cannot be active and not live a life. fsh does not have to consume you. look at kristin duquette who uses a walker to get around but is swimming and training towards her dream. it's all what you make of yourself.

The mind is the most powerful tool for all of us who have fshd. If you become depressed and feel like giving up it will feed the disease. My dad who also suffers from fshd always lets me know that WHERE THERES A WILL THERES A WAY. Intelligence is far more powerful than any muscle.
