On the first day two rounds of the men are held (except for three heats of the 2nd round to be done), as well as two rounds of the women.
In the men, the highlights were Silvano Lawrence and Andrew Lester with the tubes of the day and also a very consistent performance of Hugo Pinheiro.
In the Women's Division, the fight for world title continues between Isabella Sousa and Eunate Aguirre.
