A professor I've seen recently on this issue, says that there isn't any difference between getting ACL fixed or not; arthritis will occur eitherway!

I tore my acl and meniscus when i was 16 and they kept on tearing after? Im 21 years old and ive had 4 knee surgeries all acl reconstruction and my meniscus was torn or stretched. What cause them to tear and how can i continue to play sports and not have to worry. As of right now i have no cartilage in my left knee and i have 2 screws and a pin and recently they had to use a cadaver. I go once a month to get shots and i take 2 over the counter pills to help build up my knee. If i tear it again
