WVU English 101 Tech Tutorial: Introducing the Feature Article

This short and rough tutorial video is meant to give teachers some ideas about how to use computer classrooms for the Feature Article assignment in WVU's English 101. Teacher Bekah Hawrot designed this lesson to get students working together to develop questions for a mock interview, and also to introduce some simple research strategies. The students use eCampus discussion boards, the 101 Library LibGuides page, WVU databases, smart web-searching, and a "Google Group" in this 50-minute lesson. Teachers could use any or all of these strategies in their own classes.
