  • This is good information everyone should consider. I only disagree with his assertion that the GED should not be considered or even given as option. I never regretted choosing that over continuing a counter productive curriculim. I learned of it by chance. A well informed decision was in my interests, so I resent the arrogance in the decision to leave me unaware of it.

  • David...I thank you for watching the video, and apologize for any offense you may have felt. I realize that many people have acquired their GED and gone on to do great things. However, as a current educator and educational consultant, the mindset of this generation as it pertains to obtaining the GED is seen as an out from school.

  • there's to much money to be made off urban youth, they are excellent consumers of crap just check their closets.

  • good stuff

  • this is great

  • the talented tenth must go back to their communities and help the less fortunate i.e. giving back.

  • Cont. Infact, they typically tell their parts how they feel everyday as a means of coping with the struggle of attending schools backed by political moves of school boards and state rules of governing education which are no more affect at handing the text in book than reaching out to students on curricular. The problem of miseducation is politics which again another issue that blacks and white student/children have to widged between.

  • Cont. Politics has made another attempt and privatizing education today and has failed yet continously as the statistically flawed pressure of judge some kids and less likely to succeed. Its a long history of abuse with education because of racial makeup of our teachers and the political struggle of what should and shouldn't be taught to children of certain kind. Today Obama wants private education but where he going to get people that care about teaching. Student know when people don't care.

  • Cont. In my doctorate deseration I write on the misguided attempts of white teachers purposely using political means to distract children from learn by means of gestures and common communication in showing difference among students. This is the reason why are youth have fallen to being uneducated. Its all about politics and the push for standardized test as if the students are robots and are not capable of writing down an answer instead of picking one.

  • Cont. Miseducation is of our nations youth is quite simple so as my book is proclaiming no one really listens to children. Children are not a pun for political talking point and education is a serious matter that the United Statess government is guilty of in conspiring with use of funds to spire a campaign with small amounts that never was the problem in the first place. Our nations problem is clear educators and there mistreat of youth especially black youth in the class room.
