That IS Ryan Francois and this Frankie weekend (his 88th b-day) was filmed in the 90's, so it would make sense for him...and all the dancers to look "SO 90s." He is dancing with Sing Lim, not Jenny. He has continued to dominate Lindy Hop, even as younger dancers come along, and he and Jenny could out-perform most of us youngins hands down! TONS of Lindy history in that jam circle, awesome
