Automatic target retrieval mode of the programmed robotic arm using LabVIEW. Using an overhead web cam, the program locates the target object, retrieves it, and returns it to a designated location. The entire process is automated after a single button is pressed in the LabVIEW front panel. It returns to starting rest position after the sequence executes and waits for another input command.
