BEWARE of Convergys!!! Most of the employees who actually finish training will not bother showing up on most days.
Also watch out for COLLECTIONS AGENTS working along side of you. If you owe, they will hack your cell and stalk you like the paparazzi

I got fire once and then they rehired me but I did not have as much training. I have to say they well I thought were so great and so impressed at how well they are working with me. Leaving work told I would get called with my hours instead i get a call i am terminated for sales. Said I got a written warning no I did not. I guess my problem was I was more concerned with the cmr then making a sale.

I like this song because he is right theses people are the worst to work for they pressure you so much even if your doing well. Even these customers they call yelling and screaming in your ears as if you are the problem why their srvc sucks. Convergys is HORRIBLE.

Here is another example of what a great company covergys is. A girl next to me on her first day said to a manager how do you know if I am following your 'other rules' when I am not at work. The manager said 'we have ways of finding out.'. She got upset, and left immediately. Case in point I was shopping at a Winners in the mall were their call center is, and a fellow employee said 'if i ever see you shopping there again, I will tell a manager, and have you fired.'. I worked there for about four months. Not a great job, but actually the TL's and MOST co workers were great! It's just all the messed top leaders and fucking AT&T customers who bitch non-stop that make the job hell.
