Baby Bunnies

1 day old bunnies that I'm fostering for a little while.

I'm checking to make sure none have died over night. Also I'm looking at their stomachs to see if they are getting fed.

why does description say they are 1 day old?

mate if they were they would be slobery wet pink color not fluffy.

I assure you they were 1 day old as I witnessed them being born at the shelter I volunteer at. They are not "fluffy" here but bare skin, closed eyes and ears. They aren't pink as the color of their skin reflects the color of the fur they will have when it grow out.

Aw, they're so cute...in their own funny hairless way XD Reminds me of when my bunny had babies...except they were a lot skinnier:/ All except Niko...he was fat... Like he was stealing the food from everyone else... Aroma had too many babies to care for so many of them sadly died before they could be weaned :,(

A rabbit starts growing fur already on their first day, within three days they have a thin layer of fur on them and within a week they are fully coated.

I've never seen them that small! I've been dodging them like crazy on the mowers lately! I usually just heard them to finished areas and leave them be.
