Well, if you name it. I even raced on the Isle of Man, back in the 90ies´, and found a lot of fast, respectable scooterracers.
Even from Austria, Italy, France i personally knew a few very good scooterracers.
They all get their knee down on the right side. The Lady´s are all racing smallframes, so i havn´t yet seen them gettin´their knees down on the right side of a large frame, but if u want me to do, i´ll ask them on the Run and Race to do it for to make a Video for you.

I know germans are the best ! I ever drive in a race with ESC pilots and they are very good with smallframe ! We have to make training but it's difficult to get the knee down with a lerge frame on right side !!!!!!!!!!!!
