Heroica Brass Ensemble plays "Lachrimae Antiquae" from John Dowland. Sorry for the bad audio, it is recorded using the cameras integrated mic only. This is played in quintet formation with two trumpets sharing the trumpet part. Trumpet: Milton Suescun, Jorge Pardo. Horn: Jose Luis Montes, Thomas Hurlimann. Trombone: Julio Sanchez. Tuba: Cesar Lopez. www.heroicabrass.com

  • If I'm not entirley wrong this piece is called "Flow my tears" in english. I became Dowlands no. 1 hit - worldwide!

  • Of course it is one of three parts, all together are called "Lachrimae Antiquae", I dont remember, but you may be right this one could be "Flow my tears".

  • Great !

  • es muy lindo el arreglo, aunque hubiera hecho falta un director, para darle mas unidad y un tempo más adecuado... pero megustó mucho porque es sobrecogedor y tan triste que parece incluso fúnebre... muy bien

  • bad audio? i agree with schlenzi... this is wonderful...
