1/3 cup caster sugar
100g white chocolate
2 tbs brandy (optional)
Marshmallow to serve

I know how to melt white chocolate better.

1. Put water in a pan. and get it boil

2.Now put that plate ON the pan, and the steam will warm up the plate.

3.Now, mix the white chocolate, untill white chocolate has melted.

4.That's better way to smelt chocolate. i dont like smeltin chocolate in micro.
