@candiigurl7893 Here are some of the questions I had. Why does the bible say that the earth is only 6000 years old? Why does evoultion have so much evidence supporting it while the theroy of god creating man from dirt does not? Why does praying to god work about as much as praying to a random object? Why does a loving god have a place for most of his creations to burn for eternity? Where do animals go when they die? I hope I didn't just make you doubt your religion, I'm just asking my questions.
@shadowclaw46 if you don't mind me asking, just what questions were those anyway? If you ask me, I think I might be able to answer them. But please remember, I'm only 17 so I'm still learning; even though I know a lot already.
@shadowclaw46 trust me. NO ONE at MY church thinks that way; who do think I learned outlook from? everything I just said are the beliefs of my church. So don't worry, they know your not all bad. I was taught not to judge, so I do it.
@candiigurl7893 Also, I was once a christain. I was a christain for the first 13 years of my life but then I started questioning things that religion couldn't answer but science could. I realized that the god that I had worshiped was not real (no offense to you by the way, this is just the conculsion I came up with). But I wasn't ready to call my self an Athiest because there still could be some kind of higher power. But then again there might not be one. So I consider myself as an agnostic.
@candiigurl7893 Well even though I don't believe in your god I still think that that's a good way of thinking. As an agnostic I try to have respect for theist, but some people make it a little hard. So my advice to you is to set a good example for other christains by continueing to do what your doing. Also, if anyone at your church thinks badly of us, please do us a favor and tell them that we non believers are not all bad.
@shadowclaw46 as christians its our job to love everybody, cause when we don't we're giving God and Jesus a bad name and that also makes people hate christians and not want to have anything to do with them. Some people just can't except others because they're not like them, and God doesn't like that either... neither do I.
@shadowclaw46 and it should. I'm not sure if you ever get interested in Christianity one day, but just know we'll be waiting with open arms- at least I will anyway. I think the reason why they're aren't many christians that are friends with non christians is because there's a circle of hatred going on. A lot of people get emotional and hate christians- and blame them for their problems- but at the same time christians aren't nice to non-christians like they should be.
@shadowclaw46 Its okay. I just don't think he understands that just because I'm christian doesn't mean I hate everyone else. I have friends who are atheists, buddists, and muslim. Well the answer to you question is yes and no. I'v seen and heard it on T.V., internet, etc. However, have I been directly asked before, no. And to be honest, i'm not religious. The bible doesn't say anything about Christianity being a religion; its a life style. ^-^. Now, muslim, buddism, etc, those are religions.
Hi, I'm an agnostic and let me apologize for machineowar's behavior. He/she is not a very good representation of us non believers. I can tell that you are a strong christian and I was wondering, have you been exposed to any scientific evidence against your belifs? I'm not trying to be offensive, I'm just curious. Because you seem to be some one who believes there religion without question.

@candiigurl7893 Oh ok thanks. I'm glad that some christains can be religious and still be friends with non believers, that really gives me hope =P
