  • Oh, I think Bowie is wrong that the Easybeats weren't appreciated from other places outside Australia.

If nothing else about Easybeats this song, by itself, is 1 of the top reasons why Easybeats (original version) is very much appreciated by much of the world.

"Friday On My Mind" is quite possibly the best anthems about wanting of something more & making it through the 'grind' of work week to get to a fabulous Friday & weekend with your lover.

I'm from the U.S. by the way.

  • Stevie & Easybeats were extraordinary musicians and terrific entertainers. When I'm depressed I listen to their CDs or watch a performance on video and I immediatelly LIGHT UP. They have FUN written all over...

  • Rebecca Black & Katy Perry take notes, THIS is how you write a song about Friday!

  • @UncleMikeNJ here it is: watch?v=60a6LpB4zZ8

  • Its real good production someone asked what's it worth to you and he they suscribed it for instance Wednesdays just don't make it, of course not the blending in of get it my way or nothing that understreams of thought are comprised of to the favortistic attitude of the church the dogma stream of who is already making it to the ideals of well what can or are you doing for me. Like a production and for whose likings of course that helped.

  • Stevie and the Easybeats are really into this song. You can tell they are having a good time. How well I remember the song along with the good times I had at the weekend dances I went to!

  • @TheWhatsinaname Well said, well said. What a great Friday night anthem.

  • I was in Jr. High in Miami when this song became popular. For me it was like a revelation but don't ask me why. However I was certain that I was in love with Stevie. I've been in love ever since.

  • I think I just got my first rock star crush

  • The singer is flagging someone down to back stage (play the video again and see his head move to the left twice, followed by a smile). The perks of rock and rollers in those days...

  • @ronfowlermusic You Dumbass, Im thanking them.

  • @9misuraco6 don't blame these guys for AC/DC!
