@SuperMotoVideo It's an older 03 model that I bought new in 03, so I have had it for 8 years now. I wanted to due it up with a Baja design street legal kit but here in Ont Canada they are no longer allowing none street legal bikes that came from the factory to be converted. Not only that my 450 turns its oil back in two tanks of gas, it only holds 690ml of oil so riding it every day would be a maintenance headache. I have always liked the DRZ400's, like you said their engines are bullet proof.

Man with all my local MX tracks now being closed and having to travel 2 hours just to ride MX with all the gas money and track admissions adding up to around 80 dollars a ride....I think I am going to kick my CRF450 to the curb and buy a DRZ400SM and actually get to ride more then 3 to 4 times a month. Seeing these videos has sealed it, the MX bike is GONE! Heck Id be able to ride to work, I wish I had of thought of this sooner.

@Fordgt401965 ..what year is the 450r or x ? you might wanna think about dropping a street legal light kit and some 17" rims and youll be set dependign on where you live.....but i got to tell you that the drz engine is bullet proof.

well come jan 2012..all dirtbikes can be made street legal up in washington...so im stoked about that..thinking about getting a supermoto kit to drop on it ;)
