  • Lol i'm up right now because i'v been waking up early also. With you water issue, I was that way to but I find that if I go to the store&buy like a 24 pack of bottled water and keep it in my room I drink it more often :) and if you haven't tried, sodium free seltzer water really helps with hunger pains.

  • That's what I've been doing with the water (though I always keep some in the refrigerator, not just my room). For the first day or two I only had tap water but then I switched over to bottled purified water (since they didn't have distilled in the smaller bottles). And I haven't heard about the sodium free seltzer water...I might have to research that. Thanks.

  • @nc01sadh yes, i have done water fasting as a cleanse not a diet simply because i did lots of reseach on it and if you do the water fasting any longer than 3 days then your body will get used to consuming little or no calories. afterwards you will gain all if not more of the weight back, simply water fasting for 20 days you will likely end up in the hospital! i recommend twice a year do a water cleanse, approx. every six months do one just to slightly cleanse your body

  • Does anybody here work ( i mean do regular 8 hrs job) and still do water fasting! Or do you all stay home and do your fasting. Also i think that water fasting for long period of time is unhealthy although i haven't done any research on that, so please enlighten me if you've got some knowledge. I mean a day or two of water fasting is alright for detox but 20 days or more...!!!! I don't know.

  • I find it weird that you don't get thirsty on a water fast, I drank 6 bottles of water today and after trying to sleep for a couple of hours (I am having the same sleep issues--only sleeping about 2 hrs at a time now), I woke up EXTREMELY thirsty, my throat was so dry so I went to go get my 7th bottle of water -.-....

  • @ItalianBarbie000 You just survive on water! No food. So I suggest you get a nice last meal in ;) I am going to be starting day 3 soon -.- which is why I looked this video up. I need videos like this to keep me through it , haha. I am going for 7-10 days and an additional 3-7 day juice fast and then raw food diet.

  • @s3c0ndregime If you chew gum it doesn't count as a water fast.

  • PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO DO THIS//:

  • "so everything has been going great minus the feeling like crap part" haha you're great! and congrats. i'm on my way to do a 30 day water fast and you're a total inspiration <3

  • did you chew gum while doing this

  • you bathe your cat? hehe. i just let mine run around in it's own filth 8D. congrats on the weightloss and staying committed !
