With Susan Ashton, from the newest album Never Going Back. I know Mariah isn't the original singer, but she's the one who made the song popular

  • Just to let you know: "Without You" was actually originally performed by the classic rock band Badfinger and was written by two of the band's members, Pete Ham and Tom Evans. About a year after the original version was released, Harry Nilsson recorded it and had a hit. Tons of other artists have covered it, including Mariah Carey but ALL of them, other than Badfinger's version, are covers.

  • @badfinger848 Yup I'm aware of that, but Mariah's was the most popular (though not the best)...The title was just there to get more views, which didn't work unfortunately...

  • Air Supply did a great cover of this song.

  • very good, the two have a beautiful voice ..... loved =)

  • Don't forget the amazing Harry Nilsson version...topped the charts in '71. This one is pretty darned good, though!!! Adding to my playlist!

  • Nilsson is the best covering this song ......a truly beautiful song no matter who sings it ........thank you for posting ..........Peace

  • WOOOOOOOOW ITS AMAZING!!!! I LOVE YOUR VOICE

  • @WestliFerZul I never even knew that Mariah did this song. You can say what you want about her but Badfinger made this song what it is. I do love hearing Collin Raye singing it though. Mariah is good, but the credit in my opinion still goes to Badfinger. Sorry, I'm a child of the 70's so that is who I favor.

  • Mariah Careys was the most popular version. @WestliFerZul

  • @WestliFerZul Are you sure her version was more popular than Harry Nilsson's? I know his version became a #1 hit and won a Grammy, but I have no idea how well Carey's version did on that charts...I don't know if you did already or not, but you might want to add Harry Nilsson's name, Badfinger and the songwriters' names to the tags for the video--that might help boost the views a bit!
