This was overall a great video! It really emphasized the fact that what you say and more importantly, how you say it can get extremely different results. Watching the physician attempt to convince the patient to quit smoking was a great example of what not to do in this situation.

Very informative! Great illustration of how accusatory remarks do not elicit change from your patients. It makes your patient uncomfortable and want to leave the situation.
