I would agree that activists sometimes are overly aggressive - on both sides of every issue.

On the other hand, it is VERY WRONG to deny marriage equality. It is kind of sad that any religious group or any other group for that matter would actually expend so much energy and resources to prevent other people from being happy and being able to marry the person they love.

I can totally understand equality organisations working for marriage equality. Civil rights are important.

She went kind of hard on the Mormons, but they really deserved it this time. It is about time people stop the relgious zealots from pushing their view of religion and the way things ought to be on everyone.

I know for a fact the mormons haven't beaten, humiliated, or killed anyone. So spewing some B.S. like that is just like being Margaret Cho. I doubt the mormons spray painted churches too.
