That if frickin awesome!!! Dude yoga is the shit!!! You gain so much REAL strength from it and I'm starting to notice that all the bad ass in shape dudes out there that look really strong and lean are using yoga to do it. I've started doing it and I can't tell you how much my body has improved! I don't use weights at all any more. It's amazing because my old gym rat buddies think that weightlifting is all there is to working out. How wrong they are!
Hi I'm just curious. A large number of the positions you are demonstrating are found in ashtanga and other forms of yoga. According to yoga, your body position (in terms of making the postures as active as possible through engaging the entire body) in almost every posture is not ideal. I won't go into specifics, since if you are affiliated with Scott Sonnon I'm sure you already know this (or he does). Is there any particular reason you have modified these postures to make them less active?
