Nice

@WhiteHawkUK maybe for about a minute

I bet everyone who sees that wants to try it themselves (or dreams they could) simply because it's cool - and it is. How long can you keep up a pace like that? :)

plus it teaches you how to keep your hands up for 3 minute periods......hence guarding your chin from a punch.....

has your hand speed increased from the dvd and speed bag?

@xaustinbnrx More than anything my coordination increased, as well as my speed and endurance. It also helps a lot for your power, specifically your hammer fists, if you train mma.

@vizcaine lol yeah i train mma and was wandering if the speed bag was a waste of time or not
xaustinbnrx 5 months ago
@xaustinbnrx It's definitely not, specially if you're a striker and if you do your trainings short and intense.

@vizcaine Good lol i didn't wanna waste my money on the speed bag i got. Do you do any combat sports? and the double end bag?

@xaustinbnrx I train mma, mostly boxing, muay thai, wrestling and jiu-jitsu. I bought both of Greg Jackson's books, and that's what I'm focusing on now. The double end bag... the way I use it... is good for head movement, and just overall evasive movements and footwork, but you could also use it for accuracy and timing, it depends on how loose it is. I had to cut back on the speed bag, because my neighbors were calling the cops on me, but I'll upload some videos on the heavy and double end bags.
