Why there is no service of planes and big ferries between Samos and let's say Kusadasi or Izmir on the turkish coast? This is the main problem of the region!
The coast of Asia Minor is so close, Athens (and Thessaloniki) so far away! Now you complain about old boats. That is not the problem. The problem is, that everything is Athens centered. Nobody really needs that!
