your so rite my support is still going on and my kids are grown ..one passed away in 2007 long story get in to that later .. but my freaking rears are so high cant buy anything for me lost every thing my girl couldnt take it any longer with my daughter dieing and all got sick with a pulmonary in and out of the hospital ..and im still paying this filed a reduction it was not heard until almost one year later ..tell me who got screwed........

When you have to pay child support it's almost like a death sentence. You're life is over. I think it's more important to give the man a chance to pull himself out of the dirt, accept responsibility and make something of himself so the child can have a father he could be proud of, instead of a father living in a shitty apartment barely getting by on what little money he is left with. It seems to me the law has sympathy for the mother and not so much the child. That's what I think anyway...

THE ONLY FAIR CHILD SUPPORT that a guy should pay is PRECISELY 50% of NECCESSARY expenses in which it should be required by law that the mother provides proof and reciepts as to what the neccessay expenses are and the mother is responsible to pay the other 50%. THE CORRUPTED government should NOT HAVE THE RIGHT to force the poor guy against his will and pay an extremely unfair amount based on a percentage of what he earns himself when they're no longer married.
