PRES. OBAMA, RESCUE, RESTORE & RECTIFY MARTIN LEWIS' STOLEN MEDICAL EDUCATION!

RUSH MEDICAL COLLEGE AND THIS U.S. GOVERNMENT HAS AND IS CAUSING THIS BLACK MAN TERRIBLE SUFFERING!

BARACK OBAMA WAS A JUNIOR PARTNER IN THE LAW FIRM-DAVIS, BARNHILL, MINER & GALLAND THAT REPRESENTED RUSH MEDICAL COLLEGE IN COURT "AGAINST" MARTIN LEWIS.

UNDAUNTED, MARTIN APPROACHED SEN. OBAMA ONE YEAR AFTER HE BECAME ILLINOIS' U.S. SENATOR FOR HELP AND HIS CHICAGO SENATE OFFICE REBUKED MARTIN & CALLED THE CAPITOL POLICE ON HIM. THEY SAID,"IF THIS GOT OUT IT WOULD RUIN OBAMA'S CHANCE TO BECOME PRESIDENT".

A Chicago black medical student--Martin E. Lewis--was intentionally racially discriminated against by the inequitable application of the make-up exam policy between black and white students at Rush Medical College in Chicago. All of Martin's white classmates were permitted to take more make-up exams to graduate but in his case he was not allowed to take extra make-ups and was later dismissed from the school. These white students was in Martin's same exact class. This occurred in 1983 thru 1985.

This disparate treatment allowed the white students to graduate AND ARE "NOW" practicing as doctors but Martin is forever barred from ever becoming a doctor.

Rush will not reinstate him to transfer but is hiding behind the June 5th & 12th, 1989 U.S. Supreme Court Decisions making "proving" racial discrimination cases "unwinnable" at that time but they have been overturned by the 102nd Congress with the passage of the 1991 Civil Rights Act.

Martin desires to return to his right to be a doctor!

Rush changed all of Martin's grades from pass to fail in 1983-84. After forcing him to repeat his freshman year, Rush in 1985 dismissed him.

Martin is Left Out of the 1991 Civil Rights Act as a Remedy by the 102nd Congress who capitulated to compromise to then President Bush 41 to be Left Behind

RACIAL DISCRIMINATORS IN BLACK ROBES:
On April 26, 1994, the "so-called" conservative U.S. Supreme Court ruled the 1991 Civil Rights Act was NOT retroactive to PENDING CASES such as Martin's. His case is simply Left to Rot, Die & Disappear.

"THE REMEDY":
FOR MARTIN, A NEW FEDERAL LAW THAT CONTAINS RETROACTIVE LANGUANGE TO ALLOW MARTIN TO USE THE 1991 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT. CONGRESS HAS THE POWER TO DO THIS AT ANY TIME! THIS IS A CASE MARTIN WOULD WIN EASILY!

THEN THE REPUBLICANS TOOK OVER CONGRESS FROM 1994 TO 2006--12 YEARS IN THE WILDERNESS---NO BILL WAS FILED IN CONGRESS TO FILL THE LOOPHOLE MARTIN NEEDED TO HAVE THE 1991 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT APPLIED TO HIS CASE.

Moreover, Rush Medical College continues to this present day to prohibit Martin's transfer to any other U.S. Medical School for 22 years and counting!

Martin has documented proof from Rush's files of the white students' allowed more make-up exams with full knowledge of then Rush Dean, Henry P. Russe (deceased-1995) and the current CEO & President Dr. Larry J. Goodman.

Goodman was there at Rush in 1983-1985 & present at the meetings that involved Martin's vulgar treatment and white students getting more makeups to pass.

Now...Goodman continues this racist tradition as CEO and President at Rush.

On May 1st, 2007, there was a March On Rush Medical College by concerned Chicago ministers and left the documented proof at Dr. Goodman's office.

On May 2nd, 2007, one (1) day after the march, Rush updated its Alumni Website "Making" Martin a "doctor" and NOW, listing him as "Graduating In "1988" as an "M.D."---knowing they dismissed him in 1985!!!

AND WE HAVE A COPY OF THIS FROM THEIR WEBSITE!

I firmly believe the march was the catalyst to expose Rush's intent to cover up their evil deed!

This was not the case a week before our march on Rush Medical College!!!

On May 7th, 2007 we marched again and Dr. Goodman met with us in his office as we petitioned him to allow Martin to continue his education.

Dr. Goodman said to us and I quote,"I know that you all are very saddened."

A minister spoke up and anwsered him, "Saddened?...THIS IS AN INJUSTICE!"

I reiterated to Dr. Goodman and told him, "Stevie Wonder can see this blatant racial injustice!!!!"

After 45 minutes, Dr. Goodman refused to face the truth that the internal documents from Rush's files clearly show Rush permitted these white students to get more make-up exams than was allowed and refused to free Martin to be reinstated to transfer and continue his long, overdue pursuit to become a "REAL" doctor!

There will be continual public protests against this INSANE INJUSTICE at Rush!

I am happy to learn of the introduction and sponsorship of the Civil Rights Act of 2008, H.R.5129 in the U.S. House of Representatives, and S.2554 in the U.S. Senate, after a 17-year hiatus from civil rights legislation, Congress, indeed a Democratically-controlled one, has decided that there is new and unfinished business in this annal of American law--now would they all pursue an amendment(1st degree in the Senate; in the nature of a substitute in the House; rider) for statutory retroactivity.
