  • wood siding is not recommended owing for their high maintenance and poor insulation.

  • @pjfitzinc Oh, you're so wrong. If you treat the wood on all sides and edges BEFORE it's installed it requires little maintenance. Go to 3160 N. Farmcrest Drive 45213 in the USA and look at the kitchen addition. That redwood siding was installed by me, the paint is NOT peeling and is in excellent shape. Wood's a fantastic insulator.

  • how do you bid a exterior painting job

  • Calculate the amount of time and material it will take. Multiply your time by two as you will always underestimate the actual time since you have no experience estimating.
