Too many people make money off drugs to ever make them legal. Average Detective or DEA Agent makes more than a mid level drug dealer. Average Prison Guard makes more than a successful street dealer. Judges, Prison Wardens and Defense Attorneys make as much as a Drug "Kingpin". Everybody makes a LOT of Money, except the poor guy who get's 10 years for holding 3 grams of rock...
