How Do I add cheats to the DeSmuME Emulator

whenever i put in the code and press save i get an Error message saying "Can't save cheats to file" how do i fix that?

i just figured it out. go to the list then add code as action replay. copy the code there and then write in the description what it does and fill the turn on code square thingy and then hold r and l together for 2 secs (or whatever buttons you have set as the R L buttons in desmume) and then voila :D for instance i used all pokeballs code. ill copy it in a new comment

@CrazedPoint how the hell u get a working pokemon hg/ss rom ive been trying to find one as the one i have keeps freezing when u talk to lyla or who ever the person is tht teaches you how to catch pokemonor if u found a fix for it would u pls tell me it thx

when i want to enter any code, there is no button which says: action replay, i can only add the stupid first internal! could you help me please? i'm searching the answer everywhere D:

im not able to add any codes on my desmume emulator oh btw i have it on my mac somebody help me please

@XZMDragon ok if your having that problem what your gona do is go config then go path settings then look down and you will see a thing called cheats and a file then look right and you will see something next to it to browse then if you have a drive like g drive or j drive in your pc or computer then click then drive and then click save then you cross out desmume then you start it up again, ok?!
