He screwed up... You WANT to get convicted so that through appeals you get this unconstitutional law thrown out. If they dismiss the charges, the cops keep arresting people for videotaping and there is NOTHING you can do about it except file written complaints against the officer. Take one for the team, get convicted, win in appeal at the supreme court, go on lecture circuit speaking about civil liberties for $50,000 a pop. That is worth 2 years in jail. Got it?

Wait... a cop got ONLY two years for shooting a man who was already on the ground in his back?? How come I've never heard about that one in the news before!?!

A man got 4 years for killing a dog while an officer got 2 years for executing a man. Now, it's illegal to film an officer breaking the law and bending it to benefit him/herself. SERVE AND PROTECT? DEMOCRACY? Changing and or passing laws in order to protect your own kind while the people who pay for their wages suffer!
