Baxter the fly is much easier in Turtles in Time than in hyperstone heist, I beat him and he was very easy to beat in Turtles In Time. A few times in Turtles In Time that I hit Baxter the fly with a shoulder block while I was playing as Raphael, and after I used a shoulder block at Baxter the fly, he dropped his gun and he gets another gun and shoots hands.

For what Konami did to remake the levels from Turtles in Time. This is just like what Dr. Evil did when he traveled to 1969. Remake the base as he did in his present time.  Hmm...
