  • I can adjust the keyboard height with the stand but every chair seems too low for me and makes me bend my knees lower than 90º.I think the best seat for me would be a sturdy chair with a hard surface and a low abck adjustable support that you could adjust forward or backwards.I'll try to find a higher chair.Remember people, padded seems confortable but in the long run makes you loose good posture.Same for laptop users.I had to hurt my back so bad las week to realize this

  • This is very interesting thank you.I spend too many hours on the keyboard and also my laptop. My lower back pain has increased for years with me not paying atention form little disconfort to serius pain.Im 190cm tall and i think thats part of the problem. My experience is padded seats are the worst thing,it makes you to unconciously bend your lower back while hard chairs force you to stay erect shoulders up and chest outAlso beaing tall every seat made my knees bend lower than 90º

  • cool i hope now i'll get better by trying it

  • to compensate that with sitting further back so I have proper pedalling form. Maybe I will try your stretching techniques to see if that helps as I am sure I am breathing right. Again, nice video, thanks for this.

  • lol Nice video. I never would have thought anyone would upload a video on back pain while playing piano let alone thinking I was the only one who suffers from this. I used to always have pain in the lower and mid sections of my back because I used to arch my back but I corrected that by sitting with proper form but now I have pain in my upper back because I still have to arch my back slightly so that I can reach the keys as it seems my piano is lower and the pedals are really close so I have

  • thats really helpful because i always get back pain!!!
