To be honest if you use Dianetics auditing it can be helpful. But yes you need to do it with someone you trust and that might be a difficult thing. I Think the best thing an auditor could be is a robot because as an auditor you can't show your feelings/emotions during a session so yeah a robot would be perfect i think. And it would never take advantage of you as some people claim the church does.

They aren't releasing events... they are just becoming aware of them so they can know how to further manipulate you! Also, "reliving" an event would likely STRENGTHEN it's influence on you... not release it.

At 2:47 why is there the..."5. Work with the file clerk to get the data." - I suddenly feel like going to the file clerk to get the data even though I'm at home. What is that about? Am I missing something? or is this a 'confusion technique' launched at the person watching the video? Easy to get paranoid about these things...I'm serious - can anyone explain why there is the disconnect with the narrator and what we see on the video at this point?
