What is The Atheist Experience?

The Atheist Experience is a weekly cable access television show in Austin, Texas geared at an atheist and non-atheist audience. The Atheist Experience is produced by the Atheist Community of Austin (ACA), a nonprofit educational corporation to develop and support the atheist community, to provide opportunities for socializing and friendship, to promote secular viewpoints, to encourage positive atheist culture, to defend the first amendment principle of state-church separation, to oppose discrimination against atheists and to work with other organizations in pursuit of common goals.

Awesome. Well said, Matt. Atheism is just a simple lack of believe in deities. As for order in the world, that's just religion exploiting the human need for virtue and moral order as a tool for dependency. It's been the ultimate playing card.

I do help the people in my community. I volunteer, and give to a number of charities.

What does that have to do with whether or not your god is real?

Why?Christians will go on preaching the gospel in the world,as will wars continue in the world.The sun will set,the sun will rise. I just explained the difference. He didn't kill because of his atheism, he killed to enforce a radical fascist regime. Atheism is not aligned with any political position.

The crusades were people killing to spread Christianity.

Israel and Palestine are killing each other because they both think their holy books promised them the same piece of land.

Muslims spread Islam by slaughtering people in Egypt, North Africa and Afghanistan
