Midori being skillful

Pulling up a hanging object like this demonstrates some pretty strong cognitive ability I think. When he first pulls it, it loops around and doesnt get closer so he purposefully ties it around the branch and grips and anchors each successive lift. And then when I compliment him, he humbly shakes it off.

Actually Ralph, he is ahead of me in more than a few ways. Much more aware & perceptive, far stronger for his size and very daring. I have 5 cats, most 18 - 22 lbs and they all look down or get out of his way. He regularly surprise attacks them so always know who's boss.
