As far as we know here in Brazil, the company is helping the tribe, but not really in sustainability as they say! Problaby just using the partnership to sell more!!!

partnership between the company and the tribe has not done this a self-sufficient community, as it might seem. Since 2008, they have not sold anything for Aveda. Aveda is a fraud, do not buy!!!
