GARY LUCAS: LIVE @ THE VERA, GRONINGEN HOLLAND 5/23/90

Recorded on his first Dutch solo tour live at the famous North Holland club, on a bill that found a very green Ween opening for the legendary guitarist, here Gary Lucas plays most of his 1990 solo repertoire in the sweaty environs of The Vera, on a very hot night indeed!
In part 10, for a fourth encore, Gary plays Vince Guaraldi's "Linus and Lucy" music from the Charlie Brown animated tv specials.
Then Gary returns for an unheard of FIFTH encore to play a Blind Blake rag, segueing into "Spirit Moves", which he eventually recorded with his band Gods and Monsters on their 2006 album "Coming Clean".
