@CJO740 a friend has a 67 ford thunderbird 428 super cobra jet, just the same engine on gt500 engines, automatic. it's the prettiest and best sounding machine ive ever known. and it wipes out my 09 challenger in drag and sound. when the thunderbird weights more than 2 tons.

vleon1012, why on earth would you want to convert it to automatic? If you bought a true 4 speed car and proceeded to convert it to automaticm the Shelby community and collectors would chastise you. But most importantly...stick shifts are more fun!! ;)
