Create a garden for the local community and hospital to relax and recover from mental or physical illnesses.

I went to Bosnia to teach English and fell in love with the culture, landscape and people of Bosnia. I came away excited to help the country heal from the recent war and economic heartache by designing a healing garden for the local hospital in Doboj, Bosnia, but also for the surrounding community.

My goal is to finish a design package including the master plan, construction details, and a budget, list of materials, planting plan and maintenance plan so I can send a team to build the garden next summer.

Miranda - I like the first concept the most, I think because of the dual paths and the curving blue overhangs. I can't wait to see the finished project!
