I revised my earlier upload of this song. Only subtle changes, main change is that I added castanets to the start as they did in the 1991 cover version of this song by Sophie Lawrence.

  • I heard this on the radio the other day for the first time since it came out... when I was 4. AMAZING!!!!

It has a very VERY Brian Wilson esque backing track!

  • @yakjedi I would say it is more like Phil Spector than Brian Wilson in my opinion, but clearly that era anyhow.

  • Fell in love with Donna Summer hearing Try Me I Know We Can Make It.in the summer of 1976.. ran out the next day and bought at a record exchange ($2) at the time I was going to school in another city... came home in the fall and saw a copy of 4 Seasons of Love which was just released ..... then I pick up a copy of Love to Love you... next I Remember Yesterday and etc. etc. etc......latest is the Paris tracks..

  • Donna Summer sure cut the mustard in 1977. This is my favouite disc anthem f that unforgettable year. Go girl.

  • @Timwgtn I couldn't agree with you more!

  • The music at this time for a some artist was recapturing the 50's. I think that this was Giorgio and Donna tribute to that era.

  • This is not Phil Spector or Brain Wilson its the Queen Donna Summers give credit where credit is due

  • @MJER1914 Absolutely!
