This guy is awesome and has always been under rated and under valued. His attitude has always hurt him. You can see he's trying to change which is very admirable. He probably should get an image consultant. The only thing is the change doesn't come off as sincere. It seems like he only changing to win. First impression last forever unless you have an image consultant. Too bad. I wish him the best.

@DaKoolKat Actually, they aren't frail at all, they're huge at the top but the insertion of the muscle onto the bone is higher than most people's. Kind of like Ronnie Coleman with calves; they're huge but they're high compared to someone like Mike Matarazzo whose calves went down to his ankles. You can train for size but the basic shape of a muscle is genetically predetermined.
