Thank you, jiu-jitsu is a great choice especially for girls,because jiu-jitsu doesnt take power it takes technique, all though strength will help but its not nessesary

A hard fight between two tough and skilful fighters, with a beautifully executed finish. Somehow once Brandon had secured the mount I knew it was just about all over! Good to see you fighting shirtless, too. For a young lad you look very strong and forceful just in shorts

I do 4 sets of 125 a day, and yes i take rest breaks in between
