You are already glowing! BFP means BIG FAT POSITIVE in infertility message board land. I think you can lay however you want at this point but later in pregnancy, I believe it's best to lay on the left side so the uterus doesn't put pressure on some main artery. Good luck and I'm sending lots of positive thoughts for you. I'm day 6 of follistim and I go in tomorrow for my U/S I hope i've got several good follies brewing in there!
