  • @24fergie83 i just realized that you cant rip cds because the song is playing, you have to stop the song , then do what i told you before and then is gonna rip de cd, sorry about that, but after you stop the song from playing is gonna let you rip cds, bye.

  • @24fergie83 hi just follow this steps CLICK ON " RIP " then CD RIPPING PREFERENCES, then CD RIPPING, then by default is this MP4/LC-AAC ENCODER V1 .28a so just click on the little arrow and ull see more choices, find this one MP3 ENCODER V1 .35a hit close and the ur ready to rip the cds u want, is very easy hit rip again and try to rip the cd i hope it helps you bye

  • @amangonecrazy hi the data on the cd stays there it only copy whatever u have SONGS OR VIDEOS , to ur computer but the cd stays the same my friend.
