20 year old Sterling Grant performs an easy set of 8 reps with 165 lbs in the safety bar split squat. Sterling is on the US Ski team and is preparing for the upcoming world cup. The amazing thing about this lift is that Sterling just got back from Europe 4 days ago and hasn't performed any strength work in over a month. She has just been performing mitochondria splitting bike workouts every 3rd day along with skiing. This lift was a 30 lb PR for Sterling and she could easily handle another 30 lbs on the bar as is evident by the video. Remeber her name, she is going to do big things for the US in the next few years.
