Lol, I can imagine Vegeta's Hell's Bell Theme being played right when Congress are about to pass the SOPA Bill, only to be interupted by a blast through their wall causing everyone in the house to turn their heads towards the wreckag and as the smoke clears up, they see a figure which appears to be a man with big spiky hair and a white torso armor floating in midair, revealing to be Vegeta *Cue Theme* giving congress his badass smirk and "thoughts" about the bill.
