I was born and raised in Los Angeles and still live here and LET ME TEEEELL YOU, Adam's rant is completely fucking on point. The LAPD is, by far, one of the most corrupt police organizations in this country and these cops really do spend most of their time writing pointless fucking tickets. I constantly see a cop parked in an alley or on the side of the freeway just waiting to see who he'll decide to stop for going 10 miles over the speed limit. Complete bullshit.

i hate when a cop pulls over a driver on the freeway and leaves the ass end of the patrol car hanging out in the right lane.other drivers come to sudden stops and are lucky when an accident doesnt occur.it happens a lot where i live.
