  • Hi there,

You might not be able to find the balance if you have a bigger stomach. You just have to try it this way, but these poses were created by really skinny men, so not all of them are possible for different body types. Do what you can, and then move on to other poses. Good luck! xoxoSadie

  • ive was wonfering how people would do that! that was very helpful

  • yeah...I wondered too..till I tried it! It's lots of physics and a lttle strength;)

    xosadie

  • HECK YEAH...THIS ONE'S FOR YOU!

Next week I'll try the lotus pose in it. You just have to get into lotus sitting, pad your mat in front of your knees, roll up and over your knees and then wiggle the arms into position. It's the hardest, I think, and the heaviest--but try this one and we'll do something else next!

    xoxoSadie

  • hi...i love your instructional vids.very clear and easy to follow.anyway, with this pose, do i keep my feet pressed together?tq

  • This reminds me of a turtle freeze, its a move in bboying, but no way I can do that lol

  • sadie, whenever i try to finally come into the pose by rocking my toes forward, my weight just comes all the way to the front and i fall on my face. it seems i couldn't find that balance between my upper body and legs. otherwise my legs never leave the floor. does one have t...o place the elbows against the sides of the abdomen or on the hip bones? if i put them on the fleshy part of the abs, my elbows just sort of sink in it. can you help me me?

  • Hi, is this such a hard pose that i cant do it? does it need very strong forearms? I can do headdowns ok, but this one looks quite difficult.Any suggestions as to what can help?

    You look great btw

  • Hi sadie,

I like your Scorpion pose (in this I think your head should be more straight, so the body will also be straight and perfectly balanced. but I like the way you balance, its cool :) I like your channel.

    Peace,

    Namaste.
